When Ken graduated college, he never planned to become a turnaround expert. It was one of those choices that few embrace, but when confronted with the reality of the situation he faced, he made a decision to do everything in his power to put his company back on the road to success. The company was Harley Davidson. The year was 1981. The rest – as they say – is history. Harley emerged from the brink of bankruptcy to become the undisputed global leader in the manufacture of heavyweight motorcycles.

Since that time, Ken has led companies from early stage start-ups to global conglomerates. He has negotiated the sale and acquisition of companies, managed new business start-ups, shut down unprofitable operations, constructed domestic and international manufacturing facilities, and has the singular focus for execution and results required to lead a sustainable world-class company. Whether the actions require personnel assessment, operational and financial turnaround, revenue growth, manufacturing cost reduction, working capital improvement, business assessment or exit strategy and readiness, he has the skills and experience to make them happen.

Ken lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Sandra.
